The manual control has 6 buttons and a screen.  In the six buttons, the arrows allow the lift to be moved and positioned precisely at a specific height. The buttons with the numbers 1, 2 and 3 have 3 memorized positions.. The middle position (2) can be customized and changed according to the user needs. 

Arrows

For short distances. Hold down the button until it is at the height you want. The position will be displayed on the screen.

Press and hold the up key to scroll up the elevator to the required height.

Press and hold the down key to scroll down the elevator to the required height.

Numbers

By pressing any of the numbers once, the lift will move automatically to the memorized position.  

• 1, is a default value with the lowest position of the elevator. 
• 2, the most common position of the user. You can set this position as many times as you need. See more in “set a memory position” section. 
• 3, is a default value with the highest position of the bike lift. 

The bike lift foot control is located on the base of the lift. By pressing on the arrows, you can raise or lower the lift to the position you need without using your hands. The foot pedal has the same function as the arrows on the hand control.

Instructions for manual height adjustment:

1. Loosen the adjustable handle on the column.
2. Hold the clamp tightly with one hand in the grip zone. Use the other hand to take the lever.
3. Holding the clamp, raise or lower the shirt-clamp assembly until reaching the desired height.
4. Firmly tighten the adjustable handle.

To have an optimal hold, use the clamp, the handles and the crank of the electric lift.

1. Unlock the rotation of the clamp using the adjustable handle of the clamp. Rotate the calliper until the jaw is up. Lock the calliper rotation with the handle again.
2. Position the bicycle in front of the riser, aligning the fixing point of the frame or seat post with the clamp.
3. Without letting go of the bicycle, raise the lift using the controls (pedal or display) until the clamp is above the bike.
4. Move the lift on the wheels, bringing it closer to the bicycle until the clamp is above the frame.
5. Open the jaws by turning the crank.
6. Lower the lift, using the controls, until the bike frame is inside the clamps. Close the jaws by turning the crank.
7. Cerrar las mordazas girando la manivela. The clamping pressure is fully adjustable and determined by the user.
8. Raise the bicycle to a working height.
9. Unlock the rotation of the clamp using the adjustable handle of the clamp.
10. Rotate the bike to the desired position and lock the rotation of the calliper.

The bicycle will rotate easily and smoothly 360º thanks to the bearings incorporated in the axis of the mooring.

To place the tray of the electric bicycle lift at the most comfortable height for you and at any time you need, you just must push it up or down in the area of the square tube and you will be able to move it freely.

Under the tray there are two screws that will allow you to adjust the necessary force to move the tray or, if necessary, leave it fixed in the position you want. 

EZOORD bottle holders have a small anchor and magnet to place them on the tray or anywhere on the lifting column. 

With the manual control of the bicycle lift, placed on the tray, you can memorize the position in which you work more comfortably. 

1. Place the elevator in the position you want to memorize. 
2. Press and hold the M button until a code appears on the screen:  S — 
3. Press button 2. 
4. New code will appear on the screen: S –2 
5. Press the M button again and the height will be memorized. 

If you want to modify the position, you just must repeat the steps as many times as you need. 

Warning: Reset the system only in cases of system lockout, where first has tried to reset the system by unplugging and plugging in the power lift.

Warning: The anti-collision function is not enabled during all reboots. Be aware that there is a potential risk of pinching in this case, and make sure that there are no obstacles in the path of the column.

If the message “E-1” or “rES” appears on the screen, you have to reset the system. To do this, simply press the “down arrow” to the minimum position.
