In the following sections you will find tips on how to get the most from your EZOORD, troubleshooting and instruction manuals.
Tips
Start-up
To hold the bike with the Ezoord stand:
- Rotate the arm and leave the clamp facing up.
- Raise the column to secure the bike.
- Bring the stand closer to the bike and rotate the clamp to the anchor position.
- Lower the column to the anchor height of the frame or seatpost.
- Secure the bike with the clamp and press the memory button.
Saving your favorite positions in the memory buttons of the controller
With the manual control of the bicycle lift placed on the tray, you can memorize the position in which you work most comfortably.
- Place the elevator in the position you want to memorize.
- Press and hold the M button until the code: S – appears on the display.
- Press button 2.
- The code: S -2 will appear on the display.
- Press the M button again and the height will be memorized.
- If you want to change the position, just repeat the steps as many times as you need.
Warnings and best practices
No maintenance required (do not grease, do not tighten screws, etc.) in case of doubt follow the torque and other indications in this technical guide.

Troubleshooting
Display of code E1 - RES on the control unit display
If the display shows the message “E-1” or “rES” we will have to reset the system. To do this, simply press “down arrow” to the minimum position as shown in the video.
Warning: Reset the unit only in cases of system lockout in which it has been tried before to reset the system by unplugging and plugging in the electric lift.
Warning: The anti-collision function is not enabled during all restarts. Please note that there is a potential risk of getting trapped in this case, and make sure that there are no obstacles in the path of the column.

Replace the crank handle

Display of DUTY code on the control panel display
If the message “dut” appears on the display, you should pause. To do this, we recommend that you turn off the bikelift and turn it on again and wait a couple of minutes.
